Every engagement begins inside the facility. Cases are observed as they move through production. Decisions are documented as they happen. The logic behind them is captured at the source.
The capture runs on two layers. The first maps how work flows through the operation: intake, assignment, handoffs, communication, and tracking. Every engagement includes this layer.
The second goes deeper: how experienced people evaluate quality and make judgment calls. Why a case goes to this person. Why this gets flagged and that doesn't. The reasoning behind instinctive decisions is made explicit and structured so the AI can reason with it.
What comes out is a complete picture: every workflow, every decision path, every piece of institutional knowledge, ready to build from.

Built for Healthcare
Every system we build is designed for healthcare compliance from the ground up. HIPAA for US-based operations, PIPEDA at the federal level for Canadian ones, and applicable provincial frameworks where they apply. Business associate agreements are in place before any PHI enters any system.
Encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, and access controls are standard on every build. Data residency is configured to meet the client's regulatory and operational requirements.
PGOL manages the platform, infrastructure, and compliance on an ongoing basis after go-live. The client's team focuses on the operation.
